The teacher's are rude to children. The bathroom never has soap. Never give the kids napkin while eating there lunch. My daughter wipe her hands on her clothes, yet she complains that the food is always cold. Mrs. Tammy employees are lazy. Don't teach the kids anything. That's important to their early education.

I wouldn't rate this daycare at all, I was required to rate them. THEY SUCK. No supervision over the kids, new teachers every two weeks. The kids didn't have a chance to get to know the teachers cause they always QUIT or got fired. As far as safety?? It'll always be something wrong with your child when they come home from this unorganized function and their only response will be is "I don't know what happened". You'll be lucky to get an answer or a charge here. You bring the kids blankets to sleep on and OTHER kids are sleeping and slobbing, coughing whiping their snot on your child's blanket. Do you know how unsanitary that is??? How many germs and contagious germs your child has just ingested..dont be suprised they get sick! I could go on and on , but I'm not..if you love your child/ren DO NOT take them here
My 2 year old son has been going there since April 2016, he loves it there, the staff/owner are amazing. He has learned a lot in the time he has been there and truly enjoys going there.
If I could give them a 0 I would that place is horrible the staff is completely unaware of what's going on with the children, I walked right out the door with my grandchildren No one looked my way, then went to pick up again MS .venecca was on her cell phone she didn't even stop her conversation my child had to walk over and tell her he was leaving, shook her head without looking my way, went to pick once again I was looking in on her in the window she fell on another child he was kicking her in the face her face the teacher didn't move off the wall she didn't see me watching, always was dirty save your children take them else where the ratio is always wrong Thank God I took them out...
I do not have a child in this school. I do however have a daughter who rides the bus to longleaf from NB Cook. I just witnessed 2 employees from this institution get into a van, close there doors and all of the children (10-12 kids under 7) load themselves into a van at longleaf elementary school. If I were one of the children's parent I would hope that an adult would stay outside the vehicle and assist with the loading of school van to also assure proper closing of door. I have a video if anyone is interested in seeing it.
Loved after school teacher but office people are no help! They need to fix billing! I had to pay late every other week which incurred a late fee which I dont mind paying but the only way to pay in advance is to call which I did but they never processed my payment(happened twice) didn't know this had happened so it showed me a almost two months behind when I called and explainEd they told me they couldn't fix because I didn't have proof since it never came out of my account. The 2nd time o called immediately and explainEd it haopened again they didn't process payment when I called. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she couldn't help me and I was stuck wi the 30.00 late charges twice. I could see once but not twice and I always paid my child care! Will never go back now we go to kind on kidz learning center so much better office people are awesome and so helpful!
There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about Mrs. Angela and her staff. I was lucky to be referred to her by the CDC on base when my daughter was 2 months old. They were very responsive to all of my new-parent concerns and open about their own care giving practices. My daughter was always excited to be dropped off and I always felt safe. The military program is great too because they matched the rate the CDC offered. They were even able to accommodate my family's use of cloth diapers! I wish I could have taken ALT with me when I moved away! Truly the best child care I've ever experienced.
If you want your child to be parked infront of a television, have a horrible diet and sit in its diaper full of urine this is the place for you.
Director is very unreliable!!! Hours are not as published and nobody there when scheduled to be open for care. Director's response was "they can run their business anyway they want to." Also rates change without notice and are different for different clients. I highly discourage use of this daycare
We had our son's preschool orientation today at Global Learning Center on Saufley Field Rd. and I can not begin to explain how utterly appalled I am. The preschool teacher has swirls shaved into his head and talks in ebonics and the toys in the classroom had black mold on it and the carpet was moldy. The entire building smelled so bad that even my 4 year old made a comment of it. I was handed a paper to sign stating that I had recieved a parent handbook that was not given out to a single parent. The teacher explained that the state requires them to show the parents a video about the preschool program and then stated that he would not be showing said video because you can look it up online. When we tried to take pictures, we were told that we arent allowed to tAke any pictures of the school. No wonder i wasnt allowed to tour the classrooms b4 today. The entire building is disgusting and the School should be held to certain standards or get shut down. I fear for the health of the children who will be attending preschool at Global Learning Center on Saufley Field Road in Pensacola, FL.
