I've been going to Posh for 5+ years. Now that I have children, the owner always asks me to see photos. I wanted to add a review because when I checked the hours today, I saw some negative reviews. This is one of the busiest nail salons because of the wonderful job they do! They give a complimentary massage and they offer a loyalty discount program. I love it at Posh!
If I had the option, I would give them negative stars!!! Customer service was AWFUL! They are so rude! Took my mom here for a pedicure on Mother's Day. We had an appointment and they had us wait 40 minutes past the appointment time. They overbook all the time and then rush through the appointment. My pedicure started 10 minutes after my moms and the man doing my nails got up and started doing other things during my pedicure. He came back and me and my mom finished at the same time, so he cut my time very short. We told the man this as we were checking out and he didn't apologize. He told us "Go somewhere else next time"! So disrespectful, especially to my mom on Mother's Day.
I'm not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here... more expensive than others but absolutely worth the price. It's true, they may not be the best with appointments.. but anytime I have had to wait it has not been long and it was well worth it. I would rather they give great service to everyone and not rush.. which is exactly what they do.
I have been coming to Posh since they opened, and James does my nails and a few times they were too busy to do my nails and had to go elsewhere and I will say I HATE GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!! I will never go anywhere else to do my nails and my nails look fabulous only when he does them! The environment is fantastic and they always are respectful. I have never went to a nail salon and had greater service than I get at Posh! They're wonderful and anyone who says bad things about Posh may want to look at how hard the employees and owners work and if they weren't as great as I am saying then there wouldn't be so many people that come there. A salon that is as busy as Posh is busy because they do a fabulous job!
The first time I went, I had a full set done. The service took nearly twice as long as it should have, and cost much more than I would normally pay, but I was satisfied with the final outcome. The second time I went it to have 3 nails replaced that has lifted off, and a fill. After waiting for nearly an hour to be seen, I revived the worst service I've had to date. The woman clearly didn't understand anything I said. The staff does not socialize with customers. In the end, my nails were far too short, and all different shapes. One nail was way too narrow, and I asked her to fix it. After spending 5 minutes explaining what was wrong, she made the nail wider. And flaired. After that I gave up on the idea of a good service, let her finish, paid and left. I will not be returning.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Made an appointment via phone call and when my mom and I went to the store the man rudely told us our names weren't on the list. Instead of offering us another time to come and get our nails done, he shoke his head and rudely told us we didn't have an appointment. We walked out unhappy and disrespected...never going back
worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I went in at 6:15 when they close at 7 asking for an eyebrow wax that takes less than 5 minutes and they said they did not have time for me even though they had staff standing around, including the woman that told me she was too busy. My friend also bought me a gift card there with tip included but when i went to pay they said tip was not included and when she confronted them about it, they told her they did not have time for her and hung up on her. they clearly do not care about loyal customers and we are no longer loyal to them
A little pricier than others. But what a wonderful experience. Very professional and friendly. Goes the extra mile to make you comfortable and happy
