I walked into the store and not only was not greeted at all whatsoever but I purchased a pair of Nike shoes and was denied a return upon going back after less than an hour. The manager was very unhelpful and did not make this policy clear at all whatsoever during the time of purchase. Upon going to return the manager told me, “Oh, I forgot to tell you we don’t do returns on sale items”. If I would’ve known this at the time of purchase I would not have purchased at all. Upon telling her this the manager shrugged off with no concern whatsoever for the customer. Don’t bother with customer service either because they were just as unhelpful.
