Premiere Dental Care Center

Every time I come to this office for an appointment, I am always made to wait 30 minutes to an hour until the doctors assistant calls me in. The doctor should be aware of my appointment and that she should be ready by the time I get there.

Premiere dental is one of the most organized dentist office that I ever visited. All the staff there is very professional and friendly. They set up appointment to fit my busy schedule, they have excellent follow up system to remind me for my appointment. When I arrived I was greeted very genuinely by their friend receptionist, the wait time is very reasonable. The dentist was very thorough during examination. The dentist did few fillings for me and gave me a detail review for my teeth, the price are extremely reasonable too! Love this place and will definitely recommend it to all of my family and friends!

I went to this office to have a crown put on a tooth. I was seen right away but apparently that was somewhat of a ruse. WHat I have seen since that first day is that this practice is all about having patients pay up front then making you wait. They start the procedure then say they want to "wait for a while to see how you do" and promise to call. They don't call. When you call they say - we'll let the dentist know - but you never hear from her. Then when you call again you find out she is on VACATION and it is more waiting to get a consult to decide if she will do what she should have weeks ago; what you have already paid for. They have your money. If they can make you wait even more then you might develop a worse problem for which they can get more money for more waiting.

I was going to have a second procedure done here. Not sure if I want to wait this much again. Can't give a better rating because I am still waiting to see their finished product.

the place is very clean and every time appointment is on time . those are very important for me .and also Doctor HAROLD Hui is very friendly and professional , He did very good job . make my teeth are amazing !~ Now everybody ask me where i did my teeth it is so beautiful !~~~ i am so happy and now i can smile more and smiling with teeth ..... really appreciate what they did for me !~~
