One star is too many. Shopping here was a distasteful experience. The salesman seemed upset to be approached. At one point he grabbed a shirt we were about to try implying we opened a folded shirt. Even after we explained the shirt was found unfolded, he proceeded to fold the shirt stating the size was a half size too big. My son likes them roomy. His whole demeanour was insolent and uncalled for. I am sorry we ended up purchasing four shirts because of time issues, we should have just left. We will never go back.
One would think ordering a Tux for a wedding would be simple, well Men’s Warehouse made it a nightmare. I went in with one of my sons and as the Brides Father I wanted a different tux then the rest of the wedding party but was told I could not because the Bride had to approve all changes but I had my measurements done anyway as did my son. My daughter called and reminded them that she specifically told them I could have any tux I wanted, she was asked what if I wanted a different color, my daughter told them she did not care if I wanted a red tux. I went back and made my selection and was re-measured and a smaller jacket was suggested. My other son and the groom went at a earlier time and we were all told that a final fitting was to take place Wednesday and the tux would be ready for pick up on Thursday. My one son went in Wednesday at the time they opened and after the time he was to be at work. He was told the tux was not there. I went with my other son and ours were there we tried them on and nobody bothered to check the fit we figured it looked ok. When I mentioned by first son’s tux I was told the day was not over yet. Maybe it would be in Thursday. He could not be at work late again in the same week. I picked up the tux for him on Friday and he noticed the jacket was way way too big. So they moved the buttons over and now the jacket fit but the buttons were off center. Now I was a little pissed. I had bought suits and other clothing from them and told them maybe I should take my business elsewhere and was told OK. Customer service? What I expected was “we are sorry for the problems and lack of communication please accept our apologies” not ok go elsewhere in the future.
