I am so disappointed with MB of Pembroke Pines and the service they are providing, it is certainly not what one would expect from a MB dealer; it is getting worse with time.I should mention that I have leased my last 3 MB's from this dealer and also that I live 25 miles from that dealer.Yesterday my panoramic roof broke and I couldn't close it, so I called them first thing Monday morning "expecting" to be told to bring it in and that a loaner would be provided and to my surprise, they informed me that I could NOT get a loaner until 8 days from today, excuse me but it is rainy season, "well, you can bring the car in and if one of the appointments is cancelled, then we can provide you with that loaner" ...seems they expected me to go and spend a day waiting to see if one of the loaner appointments was cancelled as if one's time is not important. They were indifferent to my issue. I remember this dealer used to have loaners any time you left your car to be serviced, whether you had an appointment or not, but throughout the years, the wait time to get a loaner has been extending to 2 days, 3-4 days and today I was told that I could not obtain a loaner until 8 days.I ended taking my car to Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables which is a 10 block ride from my home, drove up to the service department and was told that they would help me and provide me with a loaner; WOW, THE SERVICE DIFFERENCE AND STAFF TREATMENT WAS NOTICED RIGHT AWAY. Needless to say, my next lease will not be with MB of Pembroke Pines; thank you MB of PP for making an issue with one of your cars more difficult for me to resolve.

Every experience here has been awful. My friend brought in her brand new 2018 Chevy to be serviced. The man helping, Jorge, was supposed to call after 2-3 hours. We called five times before getting through to him, 5 hours later, when he said the car was ready to be picked up. As soon as we saw the car we noticed obvious scratches on the inside of the door. My friend is extremely careful with her car and knows every scratch that was there before. When the service manager, Brad, came out, he did not introduce himself or shake our hands. The first thing he did was accuse us of lying and scratching the car ourselves. He never apologized, but reluctantly agreed to replace the damaged parts. Extremely insulting. Terrible service.
DO NOT bring your car here for collision repairs!! Waited 2 months to get my car back. I got a call stating that my car was ready after 7 weeks, I went to inspect the car and the repair was completely unacceptable! The door that was to be repaired/replaced was in worse condition than before the accident (looked like it was beaten with a hammer) completely wavy, there was compound residue everywhere and paint drips around the rear light. They said they would take care of it and I was called back a week later to find that nothing had been done!!! Looked exactly the same as before. I was finally able to convince them that the repair was unsatisfactory and they ordered a whole new door. When I came in for the final inspection the car was delivered to me completely filthy with swirl marks everywhere and it looked as tho they wiped it down with a dirty rag :\\ I argued that this was not the way to present a car to a customer and the body shop manager said to me if I wanted a perfect job and a cleaned car I should have taken it to a high end repair shop.... WTH!!! I thought this was a high end repair shop? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SHOP!!!! Completely unprofessional collision center that might as well be a chop shop the way they treat customers.

I had the worst service experience for my 2016 Cadillac with service advisor Alex Padron least helpful advisor I ever dealt with the guys answers is only no, I cant or I dont know he can only find the problem in the situation doesn't try to solve anything or make things easy definitely didn't feel like dealing with a Cadillac dealer
This is by far the worst service department I have ever used by a long shot. I've made 2 trips to this place in the last 4 days and nothing has been done to my car.Basically, no one gives a damn at this place and if you want to complain you better get in line. The service director was already having his ass chewed out by someone else while I was in there. It would be nice if they could have an accurate idea of how long things will take and not tell you ya no problem and leave you without a car. And they should be offering loaners to people who are already inconvenienced by these recalls. Terrible service

My Mercedes Benz was hit back in March, took the car to Mercedes Pembroke Pines and at the suggestion of my Mercedes advisor took my car to Autonation Collission in Pembroke Pines for repairs. German Duran was my advisor there, this is the worst person to leave your car with. He does not return calls, he does not know anything about cars. Almost three months later my car is 2 toned in color, the doors don't close properly, the hood has a different color he sucks! Graham has tried to fix the mess but the car is s mess and now I want to junk it because the repairs were garbage! I now hate this car! Thanks Autonation!
