I live near the area and had heard of this place in passing. It wasn't until the new owner (as of may 2018) was walking around the neighborhood promoting his newly aquired restaurant, that I decided to try it out. I was floored by his commitment and passion. I figured anyone that cares enough to put forth that kind of effort must take their restaurant seriously. The negative reviews that I have read seem to not be relevant anymore. Every interaction I've had has been in English (although they may be fluent in Spanish) and the restaurant seems to be newly renovated and clean. So far I have had the Aji de gallina and the pesto spaghetti with chicken. Both plates were brilliant. Their prices are very good for what you're getting. I have had the Peruvian style pesto at several "high end" restaurants and none of them hit the mark. What I liked more than the food was the personal touch that this place offered. When you walk into this restaurant, you are remembered and appreciated. I for one am sick of being treated like a number by the retail/restaurant industry. Seemingly, while the rest of the world is moving towards automation and separation, this place is reminiscent of a "main street " type of restaurant. Don't worry though, they do offer wifi.Keep up the good work. See you soon.

Very good american style breakfast. Was very busy when we arrived but everyone very nice and helpful. Muy atentos.
All cracker barrels have been like an oasis for travelers. This particular one gave the absolute WORST customer service of any I have ever been to (I must have been to 30 or more between Florida and Virginia. I arrived at 7:00 to be seated and was seated within about 30 seconds. However, I must have been invisible for the three employees that passed by me like I was not there. At 7:11 I went to find the manager and spoke with him. I got only a sad apology from him for my wait. I won't EVER visit this location again, and it's iny neighborhood, and I love Cracker Barrel as a whole. One bad apple for POOR SERVICE!!!
I've been going to this chilis every Friday for a long time. I go and order take out and I order the same thing every time, chicken fajita for 1 with cheese, sour cream, lettuce and extra tortillas. OMG No one in that place except for one person, gets the order right. Something is always missing or they put the wrong thing. Im so tired of having to check my order and waiting for them to get what I asked for. The only person that always gets it right and does it with a smile is Angelica. She should train everyone there on how to take orders the right way.
We ordered a triple dipper and they brought it with the wrong type of chicken, when we told the waitress she had us take everything of the plate including the sauces and put it in a basket of fries so she could take back the chicken and get the correct one. so ghetto. we waited forever to get the replacement and the manager came over and didnt even apologize he just informed us that the chicken was coming. this was just one of the bad parts of our visit today, I could go on and on but thr moral of this story is don't go to this Chili's! there are plenty of other restaurants with great food and great service.
extremely dissapointed with service..food is ok..main clientele are high school kids...maybe they think kids wont complain. they must de doing bad as they want to charge for water from the faucet.
Great selection of beer and great happy hour!!! Said they are going to open a bunch more in Florida. I hope they open one closer to me!! Great ambience!!
