Pella Corporation

Pella corporation quality has gone down the drain. I purchased a new door in 9/2022 it failed in December. I filed a claim in January 2023 and 2 new panels came in, both defective. It's June 2023. Their local servicer Pella at 2251 Claremont in Hayward has the worst customer service and quality control. It amazes me they are still in business.

This Company Is Selfish, Greedy And Does Not Care About Their Customers!

I sent them a Very Serious Letter of complaint by email back on 08-23-2016 since I bought a Sliding Glass Screen Door within the past year & was Very Disappointed in Their Product Due To A Bend In Their Product For The Screen Door Portion Of It Only!

This Was Not Of Any Fault Of My Own, Nor The Person Who Installed It, but happened when I had received their product!

After I sent out Very Serious Complaint, I received a response from Kasey, Correspondence Specialist on August 24, 2016 telling me me that they will forward my letter to their Customer Service Specialist for a follow-up.

On 08-25-2016, I received another letter from Elizabeth Phelps telling me that they will Not Replace The Screen Door At No Charge since the one that I have has a Dent In It, even though I was More Than Willing To Return The One That I Already Have before Receiving The Replacement One.
