Great company to work with

I had these guys put an XM radio in my car five years ago, and later moved to Atlanta. I called them today because I was having trouble with my radio (wasn't getting some channels) and he walked me through exactly what I needed to do to resolve the problem, and told me that if it wasn't resolved to call back. I was impressed the first time I worked with them, and now am even more impressed. Thanks Audio Creations!

Audio Creations By Tint'em

After them doing the tint on my GMC Seirra and doing such a good job I carried my 2006 Corvette to them and I picked it up today and it looks great. They are the only ones I would trust to take it to because it takes skill to tint the rear window on a Corvette and it looks like it came from the factory with the tint on it. Thanks again guys.....

Always been great...

I've used Audio Creations many times over the years for windows tinting, stereo installs, etc on several different cars and they've always done a great job.. I assure you that you won't be disappointed..

This guy is full of lies. I was in the store when this occured. The individual was so loud and he gave them no other alternative but to call the police. They did nothing wrong and were as helpful as they could be. This is a family business that I have been going to for over 15 years. Highly recommended and I send everyone I know to these guys. I was afraid this guy was going to hurt someone so I even suggested they call the police - they had no choice. You know the old saying that the customer is always right well not in this situation. They also had an obligation to protect their employes and other customers and they did. Do not listen to this review it is completely false

Not only did they NOT install my stereo... They destroyed my wiring harness. Oh yeah, they called t

Save yourself some trouble: NEVER EVER GO HERE EVER. I will tell you me experience and you can decide for yourself.

I called in the day before I came in and asked if they would be able to install my Navigation unit and XM radio in my car the next day. They were nice and said no problem. I arrived around 10:30 AM on a random weekday. I had all the equipment and supplies needed. I just needed an install They told me about 2 hours. I elected to wait in the waiting room.
About 1 hour into the ""job,"" they hadn't done anything. Finally, they pulled my factory stereo out and unwired it (takes about 5 minutes to do). Then another customer came in. The guy doing my car stopped for literally 45 minutes to help the customer and play with his car.
Finally, after waiting 2.5 hours, the installer told me the install couldn't be done without ""custom work."" ??? It is a double din hole with a double din stereo. Why not? I told them to put everything back how it was and I would just leave. However, the installer cut up my wiring harness and refused to put it back how it was. I demanded he return it how he found it. He told me if I didn't leave immediately, he would call the police. My car was still in the shop and he hadn't given me the keys!!!! I wasn't just going to leave! He called the police. I called the police too. They knew it was a joke. Finally, they pulled my car out.

I left and drove to Tweeter's (couple of blocks aways). They told me the install was no problem. They did it the next day. I now have the same GPS, stereo, and XM installed in my car without any ""custom"" work.

Audio Creations is a joke. The installer was a joke. I am done venting. But I do recommend that if you want any regular installs, you go to Tweeters. If you need custom work, go to Radio Active in Pelhan.
