Tommy House Tire Co

Tommy House has made my life a living hell for a week. I bought all four tires from them two years ago, which also included free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Every single time I would get them rotated, a day or two afterwards a hubcap would come off while driving. That has happened several times. This last time was the final straw. I went on a Wednesday to get them rotated, they told me my rotors needed changed. I bought new rotors and brake pads for my friend to do them. My friend couldn't even get the lug nuts off the tires, they were over torqued and the studs were ruined. Two lug nuts easily snapped off. They let me drive on the roads unsafe. I went back the next day when they opened at 7:30 am and told them they needed to fix every lug nut on every tire. They called me around noon telling me it was done. The next day my friend tried to do my rotors and brake pads but the rotors were too tight. This morning (Sunday) I woke up to a completely flat front drivers side tire. Trying to \put the spare o, the lug nuts were not fixed like they said they did. Another stud broke off and they were over torqued. I am livid. The customer service sucks as well. After getting this last problem fixed at ANOTHER shop, they will be paying my bill for their mistakes.

I got 4 new cooper tires Nov. 2015! By Jan 2016, my back tires were bald! They messed up the rear end alignment! They fixed it, no charge! I have the same issue now. There's about 7k miles on the tires and they say 20k miles. I haven't put 15k miles on the original front 2 tires, that have NO ISSUES. I was told immediately, there WILL BE A CHARGE, for the miles, I DID NOT USE! They accused me at the beginning of hitting something, ruining the rear end alignment, in turn DESTROYING THE TIRES! Dewey said I probably destroyed the 1st set they replaced too. Heidi (employee) called me a liar when I posted a review on fb. I contacted Cooper, sent pics, they said there was no damage to tire or rim, this is the effect of a mechanical issue. They want 111.75 from me, when they messed up. I was humiliated by their employees, one commented twice to my fb review, calling me a liar, saying I hit curbs and destroyed both sets of tires. They NEVER looked at the true mileage of the back 2 tires.
