The first couple years or so I was quite pleased with Flowers by Florence. However, this past Valentine's Day, I was very unhappy. I spend quite a bit of $ on Roses every year.



The arrangement my wife received did not look nearly as nice as the photo. When I called to complain, the owner tried to say I received extra roses which wasn't true as if that would've made it okay. He did offer to replace the arrangement, but his attitude was rude and unapologetic. Never once did he say sorry. When I explained the vase was too large for the arrangement, he said it was the proper vase and the arrangement was the proper height. I would've been pretty happy with an apology instead of a him being a self-righteous jerk. What happened to the customer is always right? I will definitely order flowers elsewhere rather than listen to someone tell me that their crappy arrangement was supposed to look that way when it looks nothing like the photo other than the correct number of flowers...



a little tip: When a customer calls to complain, don't waste their time by denying anything is wrong... Listen to what they have to say...

Overall
Disappointing product - horrible customer service

I was very disappointed in the quantity and quality of the flowers I ordered. When I called to discuss my concerns, I was yelled at and told I was wrong. I have never felt so disrespected and will never order anything from them again. If I had spken to a customer of mine like that, I would have been reprimanded or terminated.
