I purchased the trailer in November 2018 and within a month of the purchase the trailer started falling apart. The outside wall panels screws started falling out, the floor inside started coming apart and the screws are missing. Which has left a opening in the floor, the side entrance door hinges has separated and the door is trying to fall off. The rear ramp door I bending and it's falling apart as well. I spoke with the warranty department and I was advised to take my trailer to any repair shop I was near and have them fax over the bill and the warranty department would pay the for the repairs. There was a 2 month wait in California and I traveled to Georgia to get the repairs done at another shop. I spoke with Steve the General manager and told him I found a shop close to where I'll be staying after traveling over 2300 miles and they changed the story and said I had to bring the trailer to them directly. Which is another 300 miles away from where I'm staying. He got upset and hung the phone up on me after I told him I can't wait another 5 days where he can look at it on Saturday and still need time to repair it. He never took in consideration that I drove two days and spent over 900 dollars in fuel for them to honor a manufacturer warranty.
