Wonderful customer service! I was even to excited to get the workers' names. I was looking at shoes and one sent straight from heaven came up to me and asked if I would like her to pull a certain size of the two different shoes I was looking at. She also offered to get a size above and below my usual size for both shoes to see which one worked better. I really don't recall ever having shoe service come to me. And for me being one that always had to struggle to 'bother' workers with my indecisive self and have them go back and forth when a size doesn't fit, I was certainly grateful. And to add to it the prices was amazing! They literally made me want to spend my money with is probably a bad thing, but most importantly they made my day!
I go to image because the clothing is always trendy, to today's trendy looks. The issue that I have with the Image in Pearland is their Horrible customer service. I went into the location in Pearland Town Center and whenever you enter the establishment no one ever speaks. So as I entered in today and I observed when other guess entered the location the worker never greeted the customers as we came in the door. There were two worker that were just sitting there having a conversation amongst each other, not once did they stop their conversation to see if any of the customers in the store needed their assistant or help with anything. So as I go up to the register the cashier still never greeted me and they continues there conversation. They was so into their conversation that I had to tell the girl to remove the sensor. As they are talking the other girl is sitting on a stool with her phone on the counter texting. This location has always had horrible customer service but I go in there because as I stated they have the latest trends of things I may be looking for. I am sure that the corporate office does not tolerate this type of behavior. If it wasn't for the customer that they are not greeting or paying attention to, how would the store survive. There needs to be something done about their customer service. I have been in Retail management for the last 7 years and I know what is expected in the customer service industry and this is not. The only reason I have the store two stars is because of the trendy clothing. If not they would have gotten zero stars. I am a stickler for excellent customer service and when I don't receive it, it makes me not want to come back and spend money in your establishment.
