Summary November 2013 though October 2014 - These guys are having problems here. At my PO BOX they kept delivering my mail to others and their mail to me with the same last names. It happened so often that I had to start sending my mail to an alternate street address. At the street address the same thing happens ( not even the same names) but not as often. When FedEx SmartPost or UPS delivers a package to them to deliver to my PO BOX they take 5 to 7 days to take it off of the pallet and notify me that is available - a distance of less than 50 ft. - inside their own building. Several times I have received a package pickup notice in my PO BOX, waited in line for them to tell me they can not find it - come back tomorrow they said. Each time I requested a supervisor they found it. I receive a lot of small packages and I have had to stand in line to get my packages every time since November of 2013 because they said no package lockers were available. I used to be a big fan , but now they just do not seem to care anymore. The only product they have that seems to work consistently is priority mail - I assume because it is tracked every step of the way.

This is the worst post office I have ever used. Customer service is terrible. I've never had a package delivered correctly and 70% of the time my packages don't make it to my house and instead go to other neighbors mail boxes. The delivery drivers are very careless and are always on the phone doing their own thing. They are always out of uniform and don't look professional. Whenever a package is not delivered correctly and I can't find it-the customer service people get a phone number and address from me and have their supervisor call me. Honestly I've never gotten a call from any supervisor and eventually a neighbor brings my package to my door. Just absolutely terrible service and careless drivers. When you walk in to mail a package you feel like you're at the DMV trying to renew a drivers license with Madea from Tyler Perry movies there to assist you. I would rather walk to my destination and deliver the package myself before going in there. This place is a joke people. If you buy something from online and it says ship via USPS then add a weak to your delivery depending on how honest your neighbors are.
