Overall
jane

I liked the original owners much better. The new owners are not very customer oriented. I have tried several times, to patronize this business, but the people always speak down to me. Maybe they are in a bad mood and just speak rude?

I would rather go to the U.S. Post Office across the street and wait in line.

posted 2008 - ktojane: Dear Jane, as the new store owner since 5/2010 we also recognized the need for improved customer service. We now greet you with a smile, provide free taping of envelopes and boxes...and really appreciate our wonderful customers.
