we have been going to this location for the past year or so, most of the employees are welcoming and professional. however the owners daughter, who is the manager is very rude and unprofessional.i have taken some silk curtains to be pressed, when i went to pick it up it a couple of the curtains were still wrinkled. i asked the owners daughter to address the issue, she was not happy. she replied it is the fabric and walked away and continued her phone conversation.i asked the other polite employee to have them pressed again, how ever the owner's daughter told me if like you can come and watch them pressing it. i stated i could not do that but pleas have them do it again and left. When back the next day, the curtains were even in the worst position, the curtains were out of the laundry bag and folded instead of hanging. when i asked what happened she told me this is what we can do and went in the back. I will never go back to this place. I should have listen to my husband when he told me she double charged him for our son comforter, and did not even the shams. They are not trust worthy and their price changes depend on their mood. most of all her costumer service is poor. she is very combative and rude, even her own employees are scared of her. to be honest they don't even deserve -1.

If I could give them a zero, I would in a heartbeat. They ruined my clothes! Dropped a new yellow shirt off, they mixed it in with the color batch. Dyed it grey beyond repair. The owner 'handled" it himself, yet it's still grey and no reimbursement was made. Two weeks later, it's still not fixed. I've asked for reimbursement multiple times. I have a receipt. It's still for sale in the store! Apparently no one is authorized to offer reimbursements when they destroy clothes, other than the owner who doesn't return calls. Bad business all around. BEWARE!!!!

This cleaners has ruined 1 very nice suit and a shirt that was less than 1 month old. The manager's response when we told him: ""OH WELL, I'M SIMPLY NOT GOING TO TAKE CARE OF THIS"". Nevermind that before this occurred I'd been dropping off $100 worth of cleaning per week at this place!

Partly my fault as I let a number of things slide trying not to complain too much (a number of times clothes returned to me still dirty, missing buttons & poorly pressed items). NEVER AGAIN!!! LET THIS BE YOUR WARNING.
