Nail Perfection

I wish I read the first review before I went. It wad the worse nano I ever had. Shellac was bumpy and I had to tell the tech numerous times to fix the polish. They also declined to put shellac on my toes. After she messed up so bad on my hands, I refused my pedi. Owner said it was pretty and I could come back. it was peeling the next day.

Never again!

Tried a new nail salon last week. BIG MISTAKE! Worst mani / pedi experience I've ever had. I asked for shellac for both mani / pedi, the owner told me that shellac is NOT for pedi. I showed her my current shellac pedi and she was speechless. Nail technician had to redo my right had 2x and still left me with a large bubble/bump in the center of one nail. Several others on both hands were cracking and transparent. Definitely not the "polished" french mani look I requested. The technician doing the pedi, had the polish on my feet before I could tell her how to trim the nails. She didn't even try to trim or file. Just painted and was done. When I told the owner the problem and asked for a refund or at least a discounted price, she said that wasn't an option, but I could come back later for free service! NO WAY! One hand had already been done 2x... AND, I was working on a specific time frame for a special event and this couldn't be redone in time for me to make it. So, I went to this event with a $50+ mess on my hands and feet. NEVER GO HERE! I had to give it at least 1 star to post. My real opinion is a -2 Stars.
