Service was terrible had to wipe off my own table had to go get my own silverware ordered a steak edits in the back twice didn’t and I didn’t even have steak sauce that was pretty bad

I always question whether a waiter can remember your order properly if they don't right it down, and my suspicions were correct. Ordered my steak medium rare, but of course it came out medium WELL. Also, the lettuce in my salad was old and brown. They did offer to redo my steak, but I didn't want to wait the extra 45 minutes so I gagged down my meal. They didn't offer anything for my lousy meal and everyone had a "oh well" attitude. Never will I go there again.
The service was terrible! Hard to expect the staff to have good customer service skills when the manager is lacking. I definitely will NOT be returning to this restaurant.

The food is good but the service stinks they need to work on the service called customer service had to flag down the waiter to get a refill on my drink and when the waiter brought our check he slapped it on the table and didn't even ask if we wanted dessert needless to say I won't be going back because this isn't the first time this has happened
The service at the Logan's Roadhouse in Pearl, MS has really gone down within the past year! They take forever to get your food to you and could care less.
The reason for the one star is and twice they couldn't get my order right ask for medium well and they come out well done fried died and laid to the side. The manager said that my burgers were cooking on the way home what a joke. First thing in the morning I am calling corporate office to complain about the management in Pearl. Do not go to this restaurant they do not know how to cook and management is very rude
I went to the Resturant with my daughter & friend . The table was dirty when we were seated & the waiter took forever to ask us what we wanted to drink . Then he took forever to take to bring our drinks & take our order . Finally when the food was brought it was very small and there barely anything our plates the food was over cooked & dry . After complaining to the waiter he brought out a small portion of food . After I paid for the food I left my wallet on the table that had 500 dollars in it . Five minutes realizing that I left my wallet I went back inside and the hostess & my waiter had my wallet and the hostess said " I swear nobody took your money " once I look inside my wallet all my money was gone . The waiter said he brought my wallet to the office but the office was closed so then he said he brought up front with the hostess , so when I asked where was I money he said he didn't take it and the hostess didn't say anything at all . I asked to talk to the manger she was no help at all & she didnt answer my questions and she didn't ask how much money was taken or anything . I asked for her superviser number & she tricked me & gave me the Resturant number . I will NEVER go there again the food was horrible and then my money was stolen from my waiter and hostess . These people didn't care at all and the service are all a bunch of crooks
My spouse and I came to O'Charley's after a long day at work drove 17 miles to specifically eat here. We were seated right away and our order was taken with in 5 to 10 minutes. We received our appetizer and soup and ate it, then we sat there and sat there, then the waitress says well I told them about your order it should be ready in a few minutes. So we sat there and sat there. Until we have been there for an hour. We said forget this crap. I was very disappointed. I will never come back here.
