I purchased a part for my air conditioner here. It works great as expected. It was even a little past their closing time on Saturday and they still let me purchase the item. I have purchased from them for several years and they always have been helpful and courteous with excellent customer service. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

My refrigerator quit working on a Sunday night. I called Appliance Masters Monday morning; they were here by noon and my refrigerator was fixed within 30 minutes. Not only were they professional and capable, they even cleaned up the dust behind the fridge. Thanks Jared and Joy! I will call them again if I need appliance help!!

The worest business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They treat their customers in a way that is almost unbelievable. I spent over a thousand dollars and the equipment is still not working. They do not care and for that they do not deserve to be in business.

These guys are the epitome of unprofessional. I called and told the guy that I needed help fixing my washer. I was honest with him and told him that I had called another repairman who was in my area, who came by and took a look. This other repairman checked out the washer, couldn't find that problem, but admitted that he didn't have the tool with him to take the tub out. He told me that if I wanted it fixed today, I should try calling some other people- he wouldn't be back around for two or three days. So, I told all this to the guy from Appliance Masters over the phone. He told me that I was out of luck because someone else had already looked at it. He rejected easy money by refusing to come work on my broken washing machine. Not only did he not want my business, he was utterly rude on the phone. He literally told me that I should have called them first. Wow. Some nerve buddy. I don't know if the guy I talked to on the phone is the only idiot at this place, but he is making the whole business look stupid.



BOTTOM LINE: take your business elsewhere. You don't want to deal with these guys. Unprofessional. Unappreciative.

Appliance Masters is the only ...

Appliance Masters is the only store that carries parts for my fridge. The guy at the counter was also very helpful. I will continue to buy parts and appliances from them.

I had a great experience from ...

I had a great experience from Appliance Masters. I came home from work to a refrigerator, full of groceries, that was not cooling. After calling several different stores, they were the only ones willing to come out right then and there. Jeremy, from Appliance Masters, came out to the house. He was very professional and knowledgable about his work and diagnosed my refrigerator in no time. Not only did he have the parts needed to fix it, but all of the work done was within my price range.

Do not use these people! They came to check on my disposal and told use it would be $70 to check it out. Turned out it was a bad light switch. They didn't tell us what was wrong just said they would be back. The replaced the $10 switch and charged us $133. When I called to question them regarding high cost of something I could have done myself and why they weren't honest about it I was told I was not honest because I lived in a nice house and I must be cheating people to be able to live in my neighborhood. I went by the store to complain was told I was rich and I was one of "them". I didn't know what was wrong with my appliance so I called this group for help. I expected to be charged to find out. I did not expect to be overcharged and treated this badly. Call someone else!!!

The weekend of 12/17/11 I boug...

The weekend of 12/17/11 I bought a vent-a-hood. Employee there opened box and gave to me. I took home. Once home discovered that I would have to buy additional material with the hood. I never removed hood from the box. In fact I never took the hood out of my car. The next business day 12/19/11 I returned the vent-a-hood. The guy refused to accept return because box had been opened. I reminded him that he opened the box and that I had never removed the hood from the box and in fact had never removed the item from my car. Instead of calling me a liar he would only say "I don't know that". The guy never really even looked at me to talk to me. He just kept looking at his computer and telling me that there are no returns and that he doesn't know if I took it out of the box or not. He wouldn't even look at the hood. Would have been better if he would have looked me in the eye and talked to me but he wouldn't . I'll never buy anything from this business again.
