        stopped by top get a haircut for my 13 yo son. The sign on their door said "walk ins welcome" and they have pricing for a child's cut; HOWEVER, I watched in shock as the 4 stylists looked us over and shook their heads ,"no"....even though one stylist was checking out their client as we stood there. SUPER SNOTTY & STUCK UP ......Way to go, PTC....live up to those standards. Attend church ladies.
