I bought an LG phone at the store - great phone - the store said they have a $70 any accessory for a phone case or headset ... they did not have any phone cases for the phone so i went with the blue tooth headset. I chose the $90 ones and paid the difference. 5 months later, I'm still paying on my monthly bill for it. Now I am on the phone waiting to speak to some Philipino operator manager because they don't deal with "this" kind of situation --- but they accept payments no problem. This is a CORPORATE STORE. They want me - the costumer - to go to the store and take care of it myself and take it up with the store. I have learned my lesson - make sure you regularly check your phone bills and make it clear before you walk out of that store with any accessories that it is all paid for and you will not be charged for it on your bill.. what a bunch of poorly managed people. They all hate their lives and you can see it in their faces as soon as you step in the store- the attitude and facial expressions are " oh great another costumer " Great job Corporate sprint store - The Sprint Store in232 Andover StPeabody, MA
Worst place in planet!! They suck, they don't deserve to to work at all!! Fixed my screen here 1 month later the screen black out they dont even care or help out!!
I made the mistake of stopping at this kiosk with a broken loud speaker on my iPhone 6s. The kid glanced at my phone and said he needed to order a part to fix the problem. I questioned whether he knew for sure just looking at the phone, but figured he must see things like this all the time. Fast forward a few weeks, I visit the Apple store. Diagnostics said the speaker was clogged and just needed to be cleaned, not replaced. I went to We Fix Wireless and told them what had happened. I was told that they already ordered the part and they could not refund my full deposit. I argued that the part they had ordered would not have fixed the problem anyway. The manager, who was unprofessionally annoyed with refunding my money, said they would have figured that out and charged me ~$10 anyway. It bothers me that even a cent of my money went to We Fix Wireless. They made assumptions, and I get the feeling they would have charged me the $60 for replacing my speaker while only cleaning my phone.
Not a legit place; i do not recommend it.The new screen they put on my phone didn't work properly, but they tried to give it to me anyway. I am so glad i checked it before leaving the store. They said that was the only iphone 5 screen they had left. Eventually i demanded a full refund. So, they fished my origianal cracked screen out of the trash and put it back on. My phone is now much worse than before i went in.
