This hotel continuously puts their guests in danger. The doors stay broken for weeks on end, there has been heroin addicts passing out in the back parking lot. I've seen people breaking into cars and even walked into someones room and stole money!!
No security AT ALL. The side doors are left propped open by other customers at night so that means any random freak can break into a room when ever they want.
Patio tables are usually filthy, nothing there to clean the grill. The pool door has rust all over it. Almost impossible to get a hold of someone at the front desk at night due to only one person being there, (Because that makes people feel real safe right?) Not to mention theres a staff member sleeping with customers ignoring the phone at times.
I have over heard the staff talking trash at the front desk about their customers as well.
When they kick people out they blame it on the people from the NORTH SHORE MUSIC THEATRE (Which puts them in danger.) This is a very badly managed hotel and needs to be completely reformed.
