we had a bad experience.. dealer salesperson tried to trick us into buying another car from them..we purchased an exress autogap and a portfolio protection plan..from jimmys Suzuki..we put in for a total loss benefit..an they pocketed our refund because we did no buy another car from them..the contracts say the money is ours..also the express autoap did not pay..then we found out that expess autogap and portofolio protection are same co..and sent refund to dealership and dealership wont give us our money back....anyone out ther want to go to the attorney generals office or better business bureau with me and file a complaint...
I really wish I could give a -1 for professionalism because this place is ridiculous. I took my car there for a simply tune up and I ended up with more repairs then I originally had. My car spent a whole 3 days there and nothing was done within those 3 days besides wasting my time and patience. I would highly advise you to go elsewhere.
Full on bait and switch!!Cars look nothing like their online photos. Lot was a terrible mess, oil all over the ground, junk vehicles mixed in with the ones for sale.Very unprofessional, refuse to answer any questions directly.Buyer beware!

I had a great experience buying my current car here. After I sold my first car on repokar.com I decided to see what a specialized car dealership could offer as I was looking for a moderately-priced Suzuki! Initially I was intimidated about going to a small dealership where I thought I would have to deal with greasy salesmen and worry about buying a lemon, but this was not at all the case.
My friend bought a car from this place and a week later brought it in for an oil change and to be cleaned on 11/17/14. One of their employees lost her key so she was told to leave her car there and they would have a new key for her in the morning. She showed up and her car was missing. They parked it on the street and are refusing to take responsibility for it. What idiots would park their customers car unlocked on the street and not on their garage ?! Very shady business and owners! Refuses to help and didn't even know much about they employe who lost the key when the cops showed up to get information
People out there do not go buy a car or get mantaine your car in that plase. My car was stolen yesterday in there possession, I bought a car there a week ago the heat wasn't working so I took it to fix it left it there came back they had lost key, told me that they called a company that cuts keys and they were going to come the next day so I left my car there went first thing in the morning and my car wasn't there the thing is my car got stolen on there possesion and don't want to response so I'm here fitting with a lawyer. Those people are not professional.
