DO NoT WaSTE YOUR $$$$$This place is an absolute rip off! I cant even explain how disappointed I am with my experience here. They charged me $13,000 for a car that has a book value of $4000. They insisted i buy the car saying its a great car, blah blah blah. But I had to wait over a month to get it because it was in the mechanic shop for God knows what problems that they would not tell me. The car had rips all over the seats that they told me they would get someone to fix for free. I had the car for about a month now and they have yet to get someone to fix it. I have called them numerous times and they do not call me back. Unfortunately I was in desperate need for a car and did not have the time to look around at other places for cars. Therefore I am now stuck with this car and a $200 every other week payment.
I was at my witts end with every place taken advantage of me. In January I met Nick at that time I had no money down, but he tried anyways, he told me to come back when I got my tax return I put it off a little because I had found a car in January but it is a lemon. My last 1,000 i went to Nick he got me approved right away I picked out a car within minutes, the next day I lost my job i told Nick, he worked it out for me for me to still get the car I always wanted, if your looking I would not go anywhere but to Nick at 112 Auto Sales, he actually cares I have a safe car for me and my son, he cares I can get back and forth to interviews. What place does all That? NONE . 112 AUTO SALES WILL BE MY PLACE FOR NOW ON! Nick really took good care of me and looked out for my safty that's what want in a salesmen. Nick and everyone there is amazing and I just want to take Nick a million times and your crew. You all are outstandingly wonderful!!
Awesome service! the people were helpful and they have some great stuff! There is a ton of items and you can spend days there.
WE WERE SHOPPING AROUND FOR A HALFWAY DECENT USED CAR DURING THE SUMMER OF 2015. THE SALESMAN THERE DIDN'T REALLY SEEM INTERESTED IN SELLING A CAR, LIKE WE WERE BOTHERING HIM. WE HAD INQUIRED ABOUT A HYUNDAI, AND WAS TOLD THE PRICE ON THE WINDSHIELD WAS CASH ONLY.A REAL WASTE OF TIME....
Great place to find the things you need tools, electronics, clothes, furniture, and so much more at affordable prices!
I baught a car from here and a month later the brake callaper froze. So I got it fixed where the owner told me to and now a month after I got it fixed the callaper froze and I have to pay to get it fixed AGAIN
LIARS LIARS LIARSThey use deceptive tactics to lure you into their dealership. I drove over 50 miles after communicating with their Internet Manager, Raquel Rodriguez. I was very specific as to which vehicle I wanted (2014 Nissan Rogue Select AWD w/convenience pkg, white or red) and explained to Raquel that this was a cash deal, NO LEASE, NO FINANCE. After Raquel quoted me a price, I asked her are there any hidden fees? Raquel said to me, that there are no hidden fees just add tax and DMV fees to the quoted price. She also said to me that Nissan 112 does not ever use hidden fees what so ever, the price quoted is the price. Before going to the dealership, Raquel assured me that the vehicle I am looking for is in their lot and that she'll have it ready for me. I trusted her candid tone over the phone and made the over 1 hour drive, paid tolls to their dealership. Once I entered, Raquel handed me over to a sales associate, John. John took me to their other lot down the block from them. John couldn't produce the vehicle that Raquel assured me she had on stock. I explained to John that I drove over one hour and if you didn't have the vehicle, you or Raquel had plenty of time to call me in advance and tell me and I would had gladly came back another day. John tells me the vehicle is on the pier. At this point I'm beginning to have my doubts. Then we go back to the dealership so that John can locate the vehicle. John never told me he actually located the vehicle but jumped right into the price. John tells me the price is $250.00 more over quoted price unless I'm willing to finance the vehicle. At this point, I realized that I had been lured to Nissan 112 under deceptive tactics. I went to the dealership with the intent to purchase the vehicle. The price quoted to me was in line with other dealerships had quoted me, so I felt confident that it was a quote that was realistic. I only went to Nissan 112 because I did my homework and wanted to find a dealership that actually had the vehicle that I was going to buy. As a consumer and as a hard working man who saves his money......my only interest is in actually seeing the new vehicle that I want to pay cash for. That is my right as a consumer!!! In summary, DO NOT TRUST RAQUEL RODRIGUEZ. DO NOT TRUST JOHN. AND BY FAR.....DO NOT TRUST NISSAN 112!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TO GET YOU IN THEIR DEALERSHIP. THEY WILL TELL YOU THINGS THAT ARE NOT TRUE.
Worst transaction with anything I've ever dealt with. Salesperson lied about final lease payment amount and told me not to bat an eye about excess mileage and damage. A month later I was paying $40 more per month that agreed upon then received over $700+ bill for excess mileage/wear and tear. Lied about what was sent to Nissan and that it was taken care of 3 months later Nissan contacts me to collect $700+. Avoid Nissan 112 and if you're stupid enough to go in there you deserve the terrible treatment. So, if you're looking to be lied to go directly in and ask for Eric Wohlrab, he'll take care of the rest.
Im a young guy at college over at Stony Brook ... I worked every penny i had and saved it all up to buy a car from them. Finally when i got the car every week something new would break. I financed the car only putting down 2k .. the car was about 12k. After 2 months of owning it the engine blew up and it was my first car. I had no car for a while. The owners didnt care and told me its my problem. Till this very day i still have the car 9/12/13. Its sitting in the corner of my yard as i fix it piece by piece everyday with the little money i work and also while i goto school. I bough the car and drove it for 2 months and never drove it again. I still make payments on it and guess what ... soon the loan will be up and i would have payed out for the car and that 12k down the drain. These guys can go TO HELL they ripped of a 18 year old kid ... im 20 now and for 2 years i got stuck with driving crappy $200 cars off of craigslist. They RUINED MY LIFE !!!!!!!
My experience with the dealership started out very positive with my conversations with the Internet manager Todd. We discussed pricing on a vehicle and he even offered to pick me up at the ferry as I would be arriving 1 hour away from the dealership. Todd turned me over to Chuck which assisted me to the point of agreeing on a price and giving him a deposit to hold the vehicle going into the weekend. I spoke with him on monday and stated that I have financing in place and will contact him back to let him know when I would be coming over. I planned to go over on Tuesday to finalize the deal and pick up the vehicle. I played phone tag all morning and when I finally spoke to him around noon he stated that they had sold the vehicle on saturday and that he did not run my credit card as he said he was going to as to hold the vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole process until this happened. I get that they are there to sell cars but when they ask for a deposit to hold a vehicle and then sell it anyway that says a lot about the people you are dealing with.
