This is my husband and I's company and with his passion for cars and degree from WYOTECH University we have truly been blessed with an awesome company employed by family and friends. We strive for success and guarantee our work for life. We own a collision center in Etna, Ohio. We are certified to sell used cars out of Etna, Ohio as well. We also do towing for 'AAA'. We own a fleet of brand new Hino tow trucks and road service vehicles. We work with all insurance companies and can help take care of your deductible. Please give us a call for any of your auto needs.
The owner of this company is a crook; his name is John. John has no clue how to run a business and take care of employees, let alone customers. His OTR drivers are out on the road sometimes needing assistance with issues that come up such as can't find address, truck or trailor needing repair, and etc. No one especially John will answer his phone; he watches the caller id. If his trucks or trailors need maintance, he waits until a driver is stranded on the highway and expects them to drive as far as they can or fix it theirself because they have no available credit cards which leave customers waiting on their vehicles. For example, if a driver breaks down a 1,000 miles from home and they have no money of their own, in which the company is reponsible for maintance, one driver has had to sit for 3 days with no pay for downtime. Diesal Fuel leaking from the truck isn't a concern of theirs either. They will let you waste gas and deduct more from their employees paychecks for the cost of fuel after being well aware of the issue. Regular routine maintance isn't a part of Elite's regular routine either. There hours posted are wrong because no one comes into the shop until 8 or 9 am and they take a 2-3 hour lunch daily with no one there to answer the phones. They illegally were having their drivers transport vehicles more than 500 mi from their shop in which their insurance did not cover the long distances, so thank God nothing major happened to the vehicles being transported so far.
