Best properties - WORST employees. I am so sick of dealing with the staff in the Paso Robles office. I have been a renter for over 2 years, always paid on time, and had few property issues to trouble them with, yet every time I try to talk to someone, even to simply pay my rent or schedule an annual inspection, I'm treated as the lowest priority. To them, it's all about the new client. Once you've moved in, you'll get the worst treatment available. At my last rental inspection, I was scolded like a child for having water spots on my shower, despite the fact that those hardwater stain were there when we moved in, were on the move-in inspection, and we have been slowly removing them with LOTS of elbow grease. Then noses were turned up at how dirty the inside of the glass in the fireplace was. It's a gas fireplace and sealed. How on Earth am I supposed to get in there to clean it? I couldn't believe the treatment I received. Today, while staning at the receptionist desk, I was asked to stop mid sentence TWICE for her to answer the phone. Let it roll to voicemail and call them back, or pick-up and make them wait, I was here first being helped. Unbelievable.
