Turn Key Real Estate Management

I am an adjacent owner to one of the properties managed by this business. The tenants have loud parties, use explitives to me and in front of my children, throw bottles at and vandelize my home. With the exception of writing a letter to all the tenants. The Senior Manager has consistantly washed his hands of this problem. As far as managing property, I believe this company is a no show. I also believe the individuals real estate license should be revoked or at least suspended pending the developement of morales. I believe if you use this company to lease your real estate, you may be subjecting your investment to risk. As far as providing constructive criticism, the best I can do is say get out of this business.

I am compelety appalled by your managment abilities. I set up an appointment to see a house and spent all morning filling out an application for that house, as well as already have written a check for the $40 for my wife and I. I get a phone call back from you stating that the house has already been leased. My family and myself are in the realtor business and they will hear about this. I am exteremly dissatisfied with your behavior over the phone and your general attitudes towards future tenants. You will not be recomended to my family or any friends for future business.
