I only gave one star because there was no option to give 0 stars.

I have bought and sold many homes and have to say that this has been hands down the absolute WORST experience of my life. We were promised the home at the end of March........it is now the end of June. These people had NO idea what permits were required or what sq footage we were allowed as a 2nd house. Cathy the owner has lied and changed quotes NUMEROUS times. The house is allegedly complete, but when the fire inspector came today he was horrified. The nozzles of the sprinkler system had paint on them and were inoperable. Then, when he tested the sprinkler system, there wasn't even any water in it.

We have been lied to about costs, we have been lied to regarding when things would get done and we have been lied to when we have called the office and been told that Cathy was not there. To boot, suddenly when the final things were supposed to be getting done, we got a new representative to deal with and suddenly the people we had been dealing with were never available.

The workmanship has been shoddy, to say the least. Doorknobs are already loose. The painting is abysmal. There is tar from the roofing all over the one patio. There is equipment that they no longer need, lying all over our yard. Our side gate is hanging and dragging on the ground and they have not fixed that yet either, as they were the ones who put it back on incorrectly. They broke NUMEROUS water pipes whilst prepping the area.....

I could go ON and ON, but I hope you get the gist of what I am saying.

I would NEVER use this company again, EVER. They are dishonest and their work is shoddy. Save yourself some aggravation and use somebody else.
