To put this into context: what La Super-Rica is to Santa Barbara, Papi's is to Paso Robles. This place is low-key, friendly and with amazing food. Food runs the gamut but the Fish Tacos are the clincher. The salsa bar is amazing from *hot* to mild with a good mix in between. The roasted jalapenos went amazingly well with my tacos and sope. Plenty of omnivore options but very vegetarian / vegan friendly. In short: excellent food at a great price and served up with a warm welcome. For all of you traveling up/down Hwy 101, the restaurant is just off the downtown exit.
Great little neighborhood place. We went on a quiet Saturday morning and there were a bunch of tables and we were put almost on top of another couple which was a little awkward. Other than the that, the food came out quickly, it was good - the breakfast burrito is a normal size, and the bacon is thick!
Great place to eat and atmosphere is fun. Except the Sunday Buffett should start at 9 and not at 11 .. :-(
