I want to start off by saying the owner, Oleg, is a very nice man. He's easy to talk too and it's quiet obvious he knows what he's doing. It only took him about an hour to remove and replace my windshield by himself. His prices where about $90 less than Safelites pricing, while still using the same quality of glass. However, I have some complaints about his work as well. My first complaint is that he scratched my vehicle. While he was cutting the old (Original) windshield out on my car, he pulled back and left a decent sized scrape in my right fender. The scrape went all the way to the bare metal. I'm a perfectionist, so I admit this bothered me, however I decided not to make a big deal out of it, considering my car is about 25 years old and already had previous scratches on the fender. My second complaint is the fact that he left my car very dirty. Between the old glue between the windshield and the new glue, my car was covered in black, hard to remove residue. I manage to clean most of it off, however I had to use powerful degreaser to clean it off. All in all Oleg did a great job replacing the windshield. It's just the scratches and residue left behind on that left me will a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. I'd recommend him, but i'd also be very wary when having him replace windshields on newer vehicles.
I payed his wife a $40 deposit to order my front windshield, she ordered the wrong one and tryed blaming it on me, did half the job and was told they will finish as soon as possible. Still have no windshield guy works like he doesn't want to in anger and aggresion scratches up the paint and say that was already there. I highly recommend you not to set up an appointment even if its the cheapest place in town!!!!
