Dr. Allison is one of the best Internal Medicine doctors you could want for diabetes. She has helped me and my wife and my A1 c is 5. She takes her time with each patient and will run test if she is concerned about your health. Be aware that she is not a Family Practice Doctor so you will spend more time and you will get more service if you have never been to an internal medicine doctor. The staff is nice. Rafael is great about helping people with paper work and Emma will answer any questions you have about billling.

Do not go here if you are in any real pain. They refuse to prescribe any thing other than Tylenol or Ibuprofen. I went there with a sever ear ache. I told the doctor that I had already tried over the counter pain meds and drops. All they did was prescribe antibiotics and an anti inflammatory. The doctor assured me that the anti inflammatory would stop the pain but it did not. When I called back later that evening telling them the medication did not work they still refused to prescribe a pain medicine. The next day I received phone calls from a drug abuse hot line. So apparently being in pain and asking for medication that will actually work now makes me a drug addict. I would have been better off waiting to go to my regular doctor the next day instead of wasting my time at this clinic. I found their service in general very impersonal and they acted like I was putting them out by asking them to call in my prescription. The only plus was that they saw me quickly but that's only because no one else was in the waiting room. I called the administrator twice and never received a call back. Not to mention this is the treatment I received while in my military uniform.
Excellent spot for FAA 1st class medicals- been going here for years. Always a positive experience, great staff too
Extremely efficient, clean and organized, and I had a very caring and competent doctor. I was in and out way faster than I would have been at my local emergency room and I was treated with way more respect as well. I felt like a patient, not a statistic. I'd gladly make the half hour trip to go here rather than San Jacinto any time I need urgent care.
Only if you are healthy that you would be able to make it to see anybody. Provide nothing at the waiting room and make you sign all the documents. Asked you to be there 15 mins early, but just wait to listen to their chatting... What's wrong with clinic nowadays?
I wish you could give this place a 0 stars...I had an accident and cut my left thumb, it was bleeding A LOT ,after 30mins so I decided to go to the NEAREST E.R. for care. Unfortunately it happen to be BAYSHORE HOSPITAL in Pasadena,Tx off of Spencer hey near Burke.... but they didn't care but they didn't care they didn't know my thumb they were HORRIBLY RUDE!!! I have insurance and was treated like CRAP!!!!. THE NURSE GLORIA WHO THEY PUT WITH ME no empathy no compassion she kept rolling her eyes everytime they kept bringing her a new chart this woman and this hospital should not be able to treat people like crap. One man / "doctor-nurse"said to me when I was moaning from PAIN said TO ME "you must have never had a cut before ,IT really hurtS " THEN LAUGHED.... I couldn't get out of there faster this hospital is a disgrace the nurses are a disgrace to the doctors if I even saw a doctor was a disgrace.
best, understand doctors around. I love these guys!
