Texans Learning Center - Infant to PreSchool Curriculum with Activities

I went to visit this childcare center recently and received a very professional tour guidance from a staff. Looking at the tidiness and cleanness of the center, together with the smiling faces of the children playing around their caregivers, I feel very comfortable for my visit, and believe the parents are also happy with their choice having their children here.

This is a long overdue review of an absolutely fantastic TLC school my kids have attended since August 2014. We found TLC 4 when they opened in July when we got tired of our son having a new teacher every other week at a daycare. I was interested in him getting a head start on kindergarten and I truly feel that he transitioned easily into Kindergarten because of his experience at TLC. I researched and visited several schools, but TLC won hands-down in all the categories. The Director politely and honestly answered all my over-protective-paranoid-mom questions.



Basically, I feel that picking TLC was one of our best parenting decisions. The teachers are AMAZING. Like seriously, AH-MAZING. I think it took a good 2 or 3 months for my husband and I to stop commenting on how shocked we were every time we picked up our son and the kids were all playing calmly. Not running around screaming while the teacher was texting. The teachers we have had (with very little turnover...my daughter has had the same teachers for 2 months now!) have all been so sweet and patient and kind. They genuinely enjoy being with the kids and helping them learn, but most importantly: they care about my kids and they take the time to learn about them as individuals.



TLC is fantastic and the only bad thing will be when our youngest graduates and we no longer have them in our lives. :-)

This review is long overdue! Words cannot explain how grateful and lucky my son and I are to have found this place! I started looking for a daycare/preschool when I found out I was pregnant with my second child. I researched and toured so many schools in all the surrounding areas, southeast deer park, Pasadena and the different types of schools. I was so disappointed with every school I went to and it actually made me very sad.



I really wanted to do a "Montessori" school but after going on several tours at these so called Montessori schools I quickly changed my mind.



I FiNALLY came across Texans learning center after researching online and went for a tour.



Finding Texans was like when a girl picks a wedding dress, when u find the right dress you just know! When my son and walked in Texans it was like we both just knew. All my anxieties and

fears just went away. This place has the most calm, positive, and nurturing energy. My son felt so comfortable and happy as soon as we entered. All the previous tours at the more "traditional daycares" scared him and myself and I was not going to force him to stay at any place he didn't love and feel at home.



Texans learning center has low ratios and the kids are truly taken care of not lost in the crowd of several other kids. I couldn't believe the ratios at some school’s, 1:6!! I mean really?! At this age that is way too high.



When my sons at Big Dreams I feel 100% comfortable that he is safe, nurtured, and cared for.

There are SOOOO many things I love about this place, but the most important things are that he gets individual attention, he has loads of fun, and he is truly cared for.



The owner director and staff has years of teaching experience. My son’s vocabulary has increased tremendously since being here because they focus so much on expressive language.



My son gets to paint, garden, play with toy tractors in dirt, sing songs, play instruments, read books and so many other things.



My son is so happy every day when I drop him off that I have to force a kiss goodbye from him hahaha. Which makes me so happy that he's happy.



I adore ms tiffany. This place is truly a god send.

Before my son was born, I was looking at daycare centers for when I HAD to go back to work. This was one of the places I looked at and I loved it! However, I ended up going somewhere else based on a friends referral. HUGE mistake. I ended up taking my son out of the other daycare and putting him at Texans learning center. Best decision I ever made. Ms Amanda and ALL of her staff are the absolute best you could ask for. I can't say enough great things about Texans learning center. My son is so happy here and I'm always being told how advanced he is. Besides the fact that he has smart parents, I owe it to Texans learning center:)

I really love Texans learning center. My daughter is 4 years old and she knows how to spell her colors, days of the week, and she is learning sight words now. She knows the months, she learned a little song with all of the 7 continents, and she can work math problems. The price is very reasonable, even less than most daycares and these children are learning a lot! The one thing I wish would be incorporated would be a second language. Tried as I have, I have not learned Spanish and I would really like my daughter to learn it at an early age. However, I can really only fault myself for that.

This is a great place for your kids to associates and share the day with other kids. Its got some experienced staff who took care of my little sis a few year earlier and now taking care of my little girl. The place is convenient, clean and reasonable compared to other branded places and offer hot meals and good care. I would recommend this to all parents in Pasadena area.
