Simoniz Car Wash

First time and last time. I guess since my truck is brand new they figure it wasn't dirty. I walked around and checked my truck before leaving and I spotted water drops throughout the truck and showed the attendant, he dried it. Even though leaving the place my windows still had spots. $30.00 is a lot for a poor job.

went to Simonize to wash my Lincoln MKX ... that I take very good care of - asked for the one that was the most expensive, don't remember just what they call it -but my car was very dirty and dusty and had some bug spots on the front end - went inside to wait, my car was finished in record time. Now I know why.....they did not remove any bugs from the front grill, hood, headlights nor bumper./license plate. As well, the car had places that looked like they missed -streaked with dirty spots. When I questioned this to the person that called for me, he quickly began wiping over it with a rag. I went in to ask for a manager - it took a little while then this guy comes to the counter (MGR) and tries to tell me that the bug spots were in my paint!...i'M LIKE REALLY FELLOW! - He says that bug residue embeds in the paint and you can't get it out! He stood there and argued with me....THE CUSTOMER.....I WILL NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN....even if I were dead wrong....which in fact -I went home and cleaned the bugs off nicely - This manager should not have been rude to a PAYING customer! I only gave a star rating of one because this would not process without posting somehthing-

I went here to have an oil change. While doing the change they noticed my air filters needed to be replaced, I said go ahead. I went to pay after they were done and asked where my car was parked she told me they sent it through the wash. I told them when I got there I didn't want it washed. Got my car home and 2 hours later went outside to a large crack across 60% of my windshield. They had cracked the windshield under neath the plastic when replacing the cabin filter and it spread quickly due to the severe heat outside. I now need a new windshield. When I went back to complain and demand they pay for it they guy that did the oil change denied even working in that area of my car, but I have the receipt showing they did. do not go here!!!
