I purchased 4 movies. One was tagged $14.99. As I was walking away from the counter, I checked my receipt and saw I was over charged ($19.99, for that movie). I walked back to the counter and let the young brunette know I had been over charged and showed her the movie with tag aside of the receipt. She explained that there must have been a price change in the computer. I responded, ok, but it is tagged $14.99, I should be charged $14.99, or shouldn't your cashier have had a discussion with me about the price difference before he charged me? Cashier boy standing to the side says, "my bad" (shrugs shoulders). I tell the young brunette Assistant Manager I would like the $5 they over charged me back. She refuses, saying they WON'T DO THAT. I say, ok, that's fine, take them all back and just reverse the entire transaction. She refused, says they WON'T do that, they will only give me store credit. I explained. I DON'T WANT STORE CREDIT, I either want the $5 they clearly over charged me, or I want all of my money back. She refuses RUDELY. I ask to speak to her manager, she tells me I can come back tomorrow. I tell her no, you get the manager on the phone. She gets the manger on the phone, tells her part of the story, manager tell's her to tell me they will only give store credit, manager never spoke directly to me. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. IF YOU DO, CHECK WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR EACH ITEM BEFORE YOU PAY.
THE ASSISTANT MANAGER JAZMINE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, SNOTTY TONE OF VOICE.
