I don't take the time and wright reviews but I had such a great experience. Kinda new to vaping they were very patient, answered all my questions and made great recommendations. When it came time to pick out an e-juice they have a great selection, and they encourage you to try them before purchasing. I have been dealing with an online vender but just couldn't find the right equipment for me and such a pain returning everything. I have e-juice that sounded good but where a waste of money. Don't second guess giving them a try, you will be glad you did. Thanks, see you soon for sure!
Hands down the best shop for all levels of vaping....This shop has anything you could need regardless of your level of expertise in the vape world. Tons of inventory coupled with a wealth of knowledge will most certainly have you leaving Planet of the Vapes with a smile on your face! A++++

The place was a little difficult to find the 1st time but when I got there I was greeted by nick and his wife jenna, such friendly kind hearted people.
Potv entire staff are passionate and engrossed in the vaping world. They have house standard and premium lines, on top of loud cloud which is produced by my girl Marley who also works there. From custom builds to clones; Authentics to quality crafted local box mods, even down to your basic ego starter kits, Planet of the Vapes (MD) has something for you! As far as the negative comment goes OP living in the area you could have paid for expedited shipping or got in the car and driven to get your product if time was an issue, they don't call usps/ups snail mail for no reason
Customer service here is absolutely stellar. The staff is very informed and always open to answering any questions I may have. I recommend this shop for all your vaping needs.
I'd like to address the person "Ken S" that left the one star review. I'm making an additional comment since YP doesn't allow us to respond to the comment. A copy of the email conversation we had with Ken can be found here (http://imgur.com/a/aRwN4). We were more than patient with Ken but he was unwilling to work with us to correct the issue. I'm not claiming mistakes weren't made on our end which you will see us openly admit to in the email. I (Nick Anthony) don't feel as though I treated Ken with an "attitude" as claimed by Ken. Also, take note that this order was placed on the day after Christmas and we were just getting back into the office. His order was placed on Friday December 26.
Worst experience ever. The customer is not right and they could care less about customers. Too much attitude from owner Nick Anthony. Love the wonderful reviews from their friends trying to fix their ratings. Also enjoy all the threatening messages today from co-owner Telly Foster over the review I gave. Real class act.
