If I could give this place a zero I would. I had a horrible experience. I Left my daughter there for one only one day and when I went to pick her up. She was not there. The staff did not even know who my daughter was or where she was. It so happens that the owner took her to the schools graduation facility, which is elsewhere in the city without my permission and without my knowing. The staff had to call the owner just to find out where my daughter was. The owner's excuse was "I apologize, I forgot." How could a day care not tell a parent where their child is or even ask permission to take the child somewhere. This is inexcusable and the worst example of a childcare. I hope this never happens to anyone else. I was not refunded my fee or anything. This type of care should definitely be reported.
Kids Klub Pasadena has been in our family for a few years now, and we LOVE it! Our daughter transfered in when she was just over two. Within a few weeks of moving she began speaking in full sentences and her vocabulary completely expanded. Could be that it was just a matter of putting her in a different environment but she has consistently learned a great deal over the past few years in all her classes. My son started at 12 weeks, and has been in the program for the past year and a half. He loves going to school each day, and loves his teachers. The Evening / Weekend program is great for working parents, who can extend the hours and even get their kids dinner with just a call should a work emergency come up. Many times the kids are hanging with their school buddies, so it turns into an impromptu party that the kids really enjoy. Also great for working parents is the extracurricular offerings that are integrated during and just after the school day - instead of running all over town you get access to ballet, karate, and gymnastics in one easy location. They're even testing out some additional programs - theatre and art. We've tried all the programs and have really liked each one - the hard part is picking which ones NOT to do.The faculty and staff at Kids Klub are just like part of the family now, and we're so happy they're in our lives!
