Fair Oaks Auto Body Shop

This review is for the facilities only. The place is always clean and when I visit, parking is plentiful. Since it's a newer establishment, it's in very good shape, hotel like amenities for senior living.

I have had my cars serviced at Fair Oaks Auto Body Shop over the years, and I am very pleased with the level of care

that is given to me, and dedication involved. Anthony took care of the insurance issues, which was a tremendous help.

The frame on the car was badly damaged, and also the front and back end. Thought it would be a loss, but Fair Oaks

Auto Body Shop handled the job. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but once in a blue moon there are those rare businesses that deserve a great review. This is one of those.



After visiting a number of shops and being subjected to a lot of high pressure to leave my BMW at their shops, I was frankly expecing the same story all over. You know, high pressure, high price, today only type of a thing! I really dislike those tactics and that's why no business that uses them will get my business! You can count on that.



What I got instead was Anthony who spent more than 2 HOURS with me explaining what needs to be done, how it needs to be done, how much it will cost me if I use OEM parts and/or aftermarket parts and how everything he and his technicians do is 100% life time guaranteed in writing.



He even told me that he will personally be there when my insurance company claims person comes over to inspect the damages to ensure every little thing that neds to be fixed gets included in the write up. I left the car that night and Anthony took care of everything for me.



Anthony called me to update me on the status after the insurance company agreed to fix my car. When the repair was finished, he called me and personally inspected the car with me. I was really happy with the work and the entire experience.

Great service, exceptional work. They took care of my car so good, that i will always recommend these guys to all of my friends. Anthony, the manager of the shop, even helped me dealing with my shady insurance guys (Mercury sucks) and had them appraise and pay for all the damage on my car in no time.

If you TRULY want your car done RIGHT go to Fair Oaks Body Shop! My door had a big dent in it and I wanted it fixed ASAP! As a woman I am always wary of being ripped off when it comes to having anything done on or to my car. I took my SUV to Fair Oaks Body Shop and Anthony and they really took EXCELLENT care of me. Anthony did not rush his estimate and he explained the whole process of having my car fixed. I had taken my car to 2 other body shops for an estimate and no one told me anything! They just looked at my car, wrote up the estimate and handed to me. So I decided to let Fair Oaks Body Shop and Anthony fix my car and they did an AMAZING job! I had some scrapes and scratches above my bumper and they fix those too! So I am telling EVERYBODY who wants their car fixed RIGHT to go to Anthony and Fair Oaks Body Shop. I was involved in a major accident, I took my car to Fair Oaks auto body. They provided excellent service and got me a rental car. I did not have to worry about my car until it was fully repaired as it was before. They provided speedy service and kept me inform along the way of the repairs. I was very comfortable dealing with the entire staff at the body shop. I will refer all my family and friends to Fair Oaks auto body.
