Remarkable!

Symes did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle over the holiday weekend. David Taylor kept me informed and answered all my questions and concerns. Alex provided a loner and Lorraine added to this already great experience with a wonderful follow up call. Everyone at Symes really went above an beyond for me!

Highly Recommended Service Department

Just had my Escalade in Symes Service Department and I have to say that Al Carreno is an outstanding, courteous and fair Service Advisor. Compared to other dealerships I recommend Symes because of the professionalism of Al Carreno.

Symes service

My wife and I were recently in the LA area visiting family when we discovered that we needed service work done on our car. Family suggested we go to Symes. We were in and out in the time promised and for less money than the initial quote. Having service work done when you are a visitor can be ""iffey"" at some locations, but we would definitely use Symes in the future.

Symes hooked me up!

I had a basic oil change done at Cadillac last month, and I was very impressed by my experience there! Normally, getting my oil changed is a huge pain, because I have a Saturn L200 that I like to take to the dealership.

Since moving here, I've had to drive from Pasadena all the way up to Panorama City to the Galpin Motors for service, which was a giant hassle. So it was a big treat to be able to have an 8:30 a.m. appointment on a Friday, drop my car off (with Craig, the service manager, who worked at a Saturn dealership for I think 10 or more years, he said), get to work at 9 a.m. (via shuttle) and then turn around and have my car available at 12:30 p.m. same-day.

The shuttle drivers were very friendly and courteous, and everyone I encountered who worked there had a smile on their face and said ""Hello!"" to me. For me, and for other Saturn owners, especially because there are no Saturn dealerships anymore, this is a fantastic alternative. ... Almost better, because I can peruse the pretty, shiny Cadillacs while I'm waiting for the shuttle.

One more thing - if I had come on a weekend day and sat with the car, I would have been set. The waiting room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with magazines, nice couches and a coffee machine. All in all, this was a win!

Symes is the Best!!!

I recently purchased my 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe from Symes Cadillac, and am absolutely estatic about my purchase.

I received the best treatment not only from my amazing sales person, Sharon Collins, but the whole staff as well... Especially the Sales Manager, Scott. He went above and beyond, in getting my somewhat difficult deal approved. Allowing me to purchase my first brand new car on my own.

Words can not express how happy I am with Symes Cadillac.

If you are looking for great service from peopls who care about what you want, and work hard for YOU...Forget any other dealership, Symes is the best!

WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE

Bought a 99 Range Rover from a friend, obviously used. Came from Santa Barbara to pick up the previous service records from them. After calling multiple times to verify that I could come and pick them up, I drove to Pasadena to pick them up, all then needed to see was my registration to prove I was the owner. After 20 minutes of being there, they told me that they can't give me the records because they didn't want to give out the previous owners information. I asked them to take that off, and give me the records, which they refused. Which is absurd, considering every other dealer does this, and I legally entitled to them. Extremely rude staff, and will NEVER recommend for any reason at all. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

They have the WORST customer serice. I took in my Escalade ESV with Navagation problems... and this is the bottom line...



This is my understanding...



"You have basically have told me that if the nav has issues (properly documented video and pics) and you (dealer) are unable to determined a reason for failure that I have to live with it!! "



70K SUV and cant get a freaking $400 part replaced without redtape..



STAY AWAY!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DONT!

THESE GUYS ARE DISHONEST AND A RIP OFF

These people are a rip off. I took my 2000 Land Rover for a 90K mile checkup. They told me I needed $7000 worth of work. They couldnt give me a breakdown of how they came up with $7000 for 3 days. They kept telling me the part was $2500 . I kept asking where the rest came from. They wrote some chicken scratch on paper and faxed it to me. I couldnt understand why they couldnt email me a clear breakdown. After 3 days and a breakdown, they were able to drop the price to $5800. Quite significant. I had to rent a car meanwhile. I couldnt afford to fix the car and it wasnt worth it financially so i picked it up had to pay the $375 for 3 hours of diagnostic ( why if it took 3 hours did i have to wait 3 days?) I took it to my mechanic who said nothing was wrong and then i sold it to someone who took it to their mechanic who ran $200 of tests and said it was in great shape. Go figure, so I lost $375 and the 3 days of car rental . These are DISHONEST PEOPLE taking advantage of people that appear to have $ to throw away. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Avoid this place

I tried to give this place a chance, but they crossed me up two times. The first time I drove in with my friend old beat up car. It was summer time and it was hot. These guys see us looking around for cars, but no one comes out. they must taken one look at the car we drove in with and judge us.
The second time when I tried to have them give me the invoice price on a truck. They refused and said that I should work of the MSRP. I'm like, tell me how much you paid and I'll tell you how much I;m willing to pay over that. They refused!
