PetSmart

A person cannot get help in this store if they are dying. I usually go to the area where they have the fish, crickets, small animals. This takes up about a fourth of their floor space but I can never find an employee to get help. I check all of the aisles in the area, I walk up and down them. Nothing. I have gone to the checkout to ask but since they only usually have one or two open they are overwhelmed. I have gone to the office which is right in that area and usually find 3 or 4 employees standing around and talking and claiming that they need to call someone else to help me.

They have everything I need to make my puppy happy!

We shop at Petsmart for cat & dog products. They have a wide selection of pet foods, beds, toys, etc., plus their prices are very reasonable. Because Petsmart is such a good deal, I stopped buying pet products at the market years ago.

I like this store because of the fact they had a great variety of animals to choose from and make a pet decisions .The only bad thing is sometimes some people think the same thing for owning a pet and theres not enough pets there when you go so if they can work on having more pets for backup when they sell them i would rate them at the best pet shop with great prices.

Pasadena Petsmart located on Foothill Blvd is the best by far. The people there are EXTREMELY helpful and go out of their way to answer any kind of question, from dog food to the right training supplies for puppies. This location also has a grooming place AND an animal hospital. It has it all, and everyone in every single department know what they're talking about. The only other place I can say my Chiqui and I get this kind of attention from is an independently owned pet store in Glendale. That says lot considering this is one of a large chain of stores.
