Dr. Vaccaro is a great doctor. I had read the negative comments about the staff but decided to go there anyway because the office is very close to my job and after doing my research his consultation fees were among the lowest. My experience with the staff was very pleasant, both over the phone and in person. I waited less than 5 minutes before I was called in and then just a couple of minutes before the doctor came in to see me. I went in because I had an acne scar on my face that started to change color so I wanted to get it removed and examined for possible melanoma. I have no insurance and knew this would be costly but I did not want to take a chance with my health. Any other doctor would have just performed the procedure, charged me and sent me on my way, but Dr. Vaccaro was very considerate of me not having insurance and suggested a less expensive alternative which resulted great. He then checked other moles I have to make sure they were ok. I also asked him a bunch of questions I had regarding skin care and treatment but I could not afford to pay a consultation fee to just ask these questions. He was more than happy to answer them and he took the time to suggest treatments and creams from which he would not benefit since he doesn't sell these. All the time, he was very considerate about my financial situation when he was making suggestions. In my opinion he represents what a doctor should be, someone looking out for his patients rather than the dollar. I no longer have the scar that I had for years. I wish I would have gone sooner. I would definitely recommend him.
