Fairmont Pharmacy

My experience with this pharmacy was excellent. The technicians are extremely professional. I recommend this pharmacy for many reasons but specially for the great service they offered!

Instead of merely checking to see if my medication was on the shelf so I didn't have to drive over there for no reason, the guy on the phone starting bellowing about how the problem of not finding that medication was because I must have a problem of over-using it! Talking over me about the CURES program of checking patients' use history and that that was why I was being 'refused' the meds -- the other pharmacies merely didn't have it in stock, but he couldn't stop yammering loudly about the CURES system and that if I had a legitimate prescription I wouldn't be having a problem finding it! I could not get a word in edgewise to explain the other pharmacies just didn't have it in stock, they hadn't even seen my prescription form or gotten my name yet. He was still bellowing at me when I finally hung up. I can't recommend a pharmacist who exhibits such a lack of professionalism and shocking rudeness in his haste to judge a patient for merely trying to fill a legitimate prescription. I am not only taking my business elsewhere, I am telling everyone I know to do so as well.
