Overall

A little bit pricier than your normal optometrist store but they give superb quality service. Very professional and takes their time and don't rush you in making a decision. When my lens got damaged, I called to have it replaced in 48 hrs for free. Highly recommended!

The doctor really listens to my problems and issues. He also makes me feel really comfortable and was patient in answering all of my questions. I am really happy this place and can’t recommend them enough.

I had not eye exams in ages, b...

I had not eye exams in ages, but after I began experiencing some vision issues I decided to have my eyes checked out. I was recommended to Dr. Wu from a friend that was really happy with his service. I gave Dr. Wu office a call and quickly setup an appointment the next day. On my visit I received very thorough exam and was given a recommendation that I can easily understand. The office is well maintained and the staff was very professional. My only complaint is the limited selections of eye glasses frames. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely return in the future.

Notably good service experience

I liked the personal service that catered to my situation. The doctor was knowledgable and uncovered a condition that has been with me that no one ever brought to my attention before. The assistants knew what I wanted and how to assist me.
