Few things about Anthony Pest Control
- They will always ask payment in Cash else they will increase the price 20% to 30%
- The Contract will be signed on tablet and they will never send a copy of it
- Whatever they say Verbally won't matter as they will promise things and won't deliver.

My Story
I called them and they told me $495 cash to fix the Rat problem I was having. They told me that they will come multiple times and after rat are driven out, they will go around the property and close all holes (inside and outside)

On day of service I asked guy about Bait stations and he told me that he is not carrying those that day and will come back and put them. Anyways the guy was in hurry and spend around 20-30 min to finish the treatment. He put some traps in attic and told me that he will come weekly to check them.

After I saw one rat got trapped I messaged them but they did not show up. So i disposed it myself.

After few days, I messaged them again and they asked me for $150 more. I had no choice but pay them as there were rats caught in the traps in attic. Also they said that Bait stations are extra.

I asked to close the holes, to which they responded that they need make sure that all rats are out.

After few days called them again and they again asked $95. I said okay but please close all the holes as promised. The guy started fighting and stormed out without completing the service,

Stay away from this company as they have horrible customer service. They deserve 0 stars.

would give 0 stars if possible !! Stay Away !! Poor customer service that is charging my step fathers account after he passed away and we let them know. On top of that they are not providing services so why are they charging ?

Service was professional, but follow-ups have been difficult to get a hold of. Rat issue still persist after third visit. Holes are not patched as promised. Hopefully issue can be rectified. It’s been a couple of weeks, no call backs.

I am very impressed with the service that Anthony's Pest Control offers and how quickly they respond. Before I called Anthony Pest Control, I called many other companies. I got quote from $2000 to - $9000. Given my house is only 10 years old, Jimmy, the manager told me that there is not need to replace the insulation and it only will take me somewhere around $1500. He was able to squeeze my house in their busy schedule before my tenant moves in. On the day of job, they were able to help me get the electricity from neighbors instead of just waiting everything for me to get them ready. I say theses guys are proactive, honest and professional for their business. Highly recommend it to give a try before you try other pest control service.

I have a rodent problem. I called this company, Jim was so helpful, informative, & friendly. Truly a nice guy who explained what their services offer. While, I'm still in the process , the guy that came to the house was also nice.

I called about a bed bug infestation. All i have to say is they are punctual,and reliable. They also having unequaled prices, i would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a rat problem. We called Anthony Pest Control and were very pleased with their staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. It took some time and several follow-ups to eliminate the problem, but eliminate it they did. I would rate the service as "spectacular". The price was not cheap. But in this situation, it was well worth the price for the good work and the peace of mind.

We have had a continuing "rat" problem for a few years. The exterminators we called in did not take care of the problem, even though they came out on four separate occasions. It only took one visit from Jim to find the entry point, and later the same day Nester went to the spot and he sealed up a hard-to-get-to area inside the attic along the eave vent line. No more night-time noises!!

We had originally scheduled the appointment for the next day, but as soon as there was an opening, technician Jim came out within an hour. Casey in the office gave full disclosure of the method and chemical to be used, and he was very patient with all the questions we had. Our flea infestation was near and in the vegetable garden, so we had a lot of concerns. And I really appreciated the fact that Anthony Pest Control was more concerned about solving my flea infestation issue than trying to sell me the service or any maintenance plan. We were never pressured to buy additional service or to sign a long term contract. And their price was reasonable and comes with a 30 day guarantee. Technician Jim was very thorough and knew what he was doing. He was very detailed with his work, kept everything very clean, and was very efficient. The only glitch we encountered was the electronic receipt. Somehow the receipt would not get to our e-mail box even after we tried to use an alternate e-mail address, but Casey took care of it the same day and even offered to mail the receipt. We were very satisfied and definitely will use them again and will refer Anthony Pest Control to others. It was top notch service all the way through.

We live in a house built in the 1920's. For the past 30 years there have been rats with out end. The list of things that we tried to get rid of them is so long, that I wont take the time to type it all in. My brother recommended Anthony's to us, so I figured what the heck, may as well give them a crack at it. Jim came out and assessed the situation. He showed my husband and I pictures of the problem areas, and what needed to be done to get the rats out and keep them out. Casey and his crew came in and did the work. I must say that from start to finish, these guys are pros. The rats are now gone, and I feel much happier in my home. Its good to sleep through the night without hearing the rats running around.
