Very nice jeans each year, all the trends you can't be without and it will only cost you an arm/ leg to buy. Great stuff but $$$.
A great outpost of this fantastic store. Well edited and curated pieces with the prices to go with that.
Unfortunately this new location of the store is not nice as the previous one in South Lave Ave (Pasadena, CA). This new location is out of hand. This store is not comfortable as in the previous location and it is not so easy to visualize the products (in this store).
I have been shopping at Chico's for a few years now because I really like their Capri pants. That said, I have had to return them twice because seams have unraveled, or zippers have broken...within two wearings. The second time I came in, I was treated so terribly by the manager, Monica, that I will never shop at Chico's again and I will be filing a complaint with their corporate office. Here is what happened...When I walked in with the pants that had a seam separating, I was immediately approached by Monica. I explained that I had worn the pants twice and the pocket buckle was broken and a seam was separating. I had come in only wanting to exchange them since I liked the style. Monica immediately gave me attitude and said "I'll exchange them but this is the LAST time, you've come in before!" I was so shocked to be spoken to in that tone and treated like a criminal trying to scam Chico's, that I was left speechless. I mumbled out that the quality of the pants was not standing up to wear. The woman wouldn't even look at me or speak to me during the transaction except to make a snide comment about whether or not the pants I returned were dirty! When the transaction was over, I was so embarrassed and humiliated that I turned to go...that's when Monica said "If our pants are low quality, then maybe you shouldn't buy them". Wow, I thought, that is the smartest thing you've said all day!!
