Very bad Dr. Ugalde rushed with my exam appointment because they booked me at the end of the day. He kept saying is to late they booked you so late and was not helpful at all. I will NOT come back horrible experience. I'm paying for my exam. I'm not paying for you to complain and tell me how late I was booked. Horrible experience.

The worst service. I paid whatever the lady told me then after a month i received a voice message that the amount i paid does not cover my transition lens and i have to pay 76$ more. I called back and always she was busy to talk to me and that she will call me back. Of course she never did. Finally she called after 2 weeks and told em me about the payment. I told her that not what we agree on. I already paid you the bill on site. She said that a supervisor will call me back and for 2 weeks i am still waiting. If you are not familiar with the place usually they let you pay in advance for all the services and then you come and pick the glasses up. So, to be hit by additional charges is not the norm. My guess is the lady did not her math right and she wanted me to pay for her mistake. this amount was beyond my budget and i refuse to pay. So, I am waiting for the manager to call me back.!!!!!stay away, it is more then a meat factory than a professional place. Never again. Ia m changing optometrist next year.

I made a phone call to check up on some frames that I had dropped off. The first person ask for my information then ask do I remember the name of the person I dropped my frames off with??? They have a huge staff and I'm not even sure if the person told me their name. I inform them that it's the same person that I picked up a different set of frames from, I did an exchange at the time I was picking some up, so don't you have a record of when I came in and picked up my frames. They put me on hold for five minutes, some one comes on I explain the same thing and this time I'm on hold for 25 minutes!!!!!!I call back and ask to speak with a manager again I'm put on hold for another 5 minutes before I hang up. I can't believe how unprofessional or how you can think that's is OK to have customers on hold that long and not at least come on to say we'll be with you in a second or anything.THIS WILL BE THE LAST TIME THEY GET MY BUSINESS!!!!
They have wide variety of frames and lenses to choose from and the quality is excellent. The people are very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I do get a lot of mailers from them time to time, which is a good reminder to have my vision checked.
The doctor ended scratching my husbands glasses. the staff is misinformed regarding insurance. They charged us for a prescription despite our insurance covering it. the staff fought with us and said they would not give a prescription. We are never going back here. Terrible place...they claimed to be settling down....looked more like the place was going to fall apart.
I've been happy with Linden's services since 1962. When was the last time you didn't have to wait at least half an hour after your nominal appointment time to see ANY doctor? Expect delay, bring a book. Best prices in town -- only cheaper in Mexico. Fitting contacts can be very difficult if you have weird eyes like mine, and it's not the doc's fault.
