City Drug Store

I have been using this pharmacy for many years now; they are always so good when it comes to any questions, concerns, or allow discounts. I have noticed that one employee, Valerie(curly hair), doesn't seem to be able to keep up the pace with everyone and tends to be on her cell phone while customers are waiting for their medication. I'm sure it is hard to learn the speed of pharmaceutical work as most employees have been there quiet longer. I would have gave 5 stars but I feel like the way she seemed more into her phone than actually assisting the customers is just unprofessional. I understand that not everyone behind the counter is a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech; but I do know it makes customers worrisome when they see an employee have such a lack of professionalism. I mean if the employee is this inconsiderate it makes you wonder how she handles the customers private information. I also have a screenshot of a message she sent me stating she has hearing impairments which is why she doesn't notice the customers but I have recently found out that is untrue. As for checking on kids and parents that is understandable to anyone just don't do it in front of the customers especially while they are waiting for assistance.

I wouldn't go to any other pharmacy. The service is great, the employees are friendly and very helpful.
