They are very unprofessional. Please do not waste your time for this office. I had my appointment on 4/23/2015 at 12:00 pm. I reached at the clinic at 11:45 am. After checking in with receptionist she asked me to wait for the dentist. I waited till 12:30. I went up to front desk and ask her how long it would take for Dentist to see me as I had an appointment. She replied me saying he is busy with other patient. I waited another 30 mins. At 1 pm I went up to her again asking the same question also i explained to her that I took my time off from work to come and see dentist. I cant wait more and have to get back to my office. She very carelessly responded saying "its up to you if you want to wait you can if not then /its your choice".

I received a bill from them on 4/27/2015 of $100 for no show charges. What the hell??? I was there waited an hour and half for dentist to see me and he took his own time. None of the nurses have curtsy to inform me if he is running late or having an emergency or whats going on with him. I called them on 04/28/2015 around 12:45pm. Again receptionist picked up the phone after explaining my situation she responded as if I was yelling at her over the phone and cursing her. She said I am raising my voice at her and she isn't interested in having any kind of conversation. She is like you go ahead and change your dentist if you have problems with us and she just hung up on me. I tried calling them several times and she just didn't pick up my call. She kept leaving my call on wait. I WOULD SAY VERY PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

This place is horrible. Please be careful about the bill. They told us something but you will get the bill later. They don't respond if you sent 100 letters or email or calls. So be very careful. Service is so horrible.

. Unfortunately is the only place around the area tht takes my ins. Over an hour wait every time but if you're a few minutes late they wont take you and charge you a fee . Stay away if you can

Talk to clients. There is no communication between them. I feel like this office is set to cheat people because first time I went I was given a payment plan and was told that right before the procedure they will let me know what exactly my insurance will cover. On the say of surgery there was no info. Sadia does not know what Michele worked on and Michele says ask the patient to leave and reschedule if the want to know the exact amount . Wow sadia has guts to tell the patient to leave and that there are many client they have to see as if they are the owner on the Clinique . So appointment on appt and u never actually do the work. They did this with me for 3 weeks and I had my son suffer a lot because of them. They will never tell u upfront what u are liable for not even after 3 weeks. Basically they are trying to get the patient do the surgery first so that they can charge whatever later. Ridiculous !! Moreover they have no curtesy for small kids suffering and absolutely no respect for patient

Stay away at all costs!!!!! My husband had an appointment last Saturday and we arrived 15 minutes late due to being out of county and getting some holiday traffic. His last appointment they kept him waiting 45 minutes. Front desk staff beyond rude. They are charging us $25 for a no show fee. Dentist left and went home. It is my understanding they never intended to keep the appointment for the routine cleaning. When all is said and done they could not verify his insurance at all. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Aesthetically lacking and office located in a dump of a shopping center. Warn your friends...Tons of other complaints online. Disgusting!

Awful! Seek care elsewhere! Horrid front desk staff. Rude, lacking knowledge...unhelpful, argumentative. Unable to verify insurance. Will hit you with a $25 "no show" fee when arriving a few minutes late. Worst experience. Your teeth deserve better care! Parsippany Family Don'tall!! DON'T go there!!!!

Please don't go this place. I am currently waiting for dental treatment from 9:45am appointment to 11:07am. They are very rude.. Please Never Never Never go there.

I canceled my son's appointment.

Extremely rude front desk staff. Dentist messed up my crown but then refused to see me as a walk in. Wait times atleast an hour if not more. There are lot of other dentist in the area. Do not goto this place.

Horrible. I was there with my daughter on the 10th . they gave me appointment for 3.30 and i was late for 15 min. There was only one person waiting . even though i told them i will wait they didn't take care of my daughter. I waited there for almost 2.5 hours the last time i visited that place. No courtesy at all.i will never recommend this place to anyone.
