Always a pleasure to go to the orthodontist at Caggiano Orthodontist! My son signed in and they were ready for him just like that! The assistants and Dr. Caggiano really make an effort to help you understand every part of the process, what to do, and, what to eat for comfort!

My 10 year old son has a bit of anxiety whenever he needs to go to appointments, and Christian and Dr. Caggiano always ease his mind and explain everything that they are going to do. He gets so worked up about the appointment, and by the time he is ready to leave, he is more relaxed and understands everything that is going on...THANK YOU so much for helping him through each and every appointment! :)

15 years or so ago Dr Caggiano was just starting his dentist journey at our local dentist office. We had the honor of him being our sons dentist for a couple of years. They both were very young at the time. He was so good with them that they weren't afraid to go to the dentist. Which we all know can be a battle. Now 14 years later, my younger son Paul needed braces. We didn't trust anyone local, so we heard great things about Dr Caggiano Orthodontics, which is an hour away from us. So off we go to Parsippany. When we walked into his office and saw who the orthodontist was... we both were shocked! And what's crazier is that my son Paul who was 4 at the time remembered him. THAT SAYS IT ALL!!. We are so happy with Paul"s results so far and we know that our son Paul is in good hands! Thank you

Their staff is one of the kindest out there. They really make you feel comfortable during your visit and don’t take long to get to you.

We have been dealing with this office for over 2 years and could not be happier. They handle our very sensitive daughter with more compassion than any other regular doctor. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are also always concerned with keeping her comfortable during any work, they have accommodated us during emergencies and they are the friendliest group we have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Caggiano and his staff are amazing! This was our first visit and from the moment we walked in we felt right at home. All of the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Deanna was a wealth of knowledge. She explained everything and made my daughter feel so comfortable that she asked tons of questions. Deanna answered ALL OF THEM (LOL) in a kind voice and pleasant demeanor. Dr. Caggiano knows his business. He set out the plan, the goals and the expected results. He is a gentle soul and this comes across in the way he runs his business. I was extremely impressed and other offices should take a lesson from this outstanding staff and the service they provide. With my last kid needing braces I turned, once again, to Dr. Caggiano's office. Their office STILL runs like a well oiled machine and the staff is over the top nice. No need to go anywhere else. Love them.

The staff were super nice and welcoming. They explained everything well to me and especially to my daughter. They used appropriate language and props to explain the process to her.

We were a bit surprised to be called tonight for an appointment tonight. We had asked to be out on a waitlist for a later in the day appointment and were so happy to get one fairly quickly. We were please with all of the staff we encountered.
