        Received a pair of crutches during an emergency room visit. They never filed the charge to my insurance company which would have paid 100% of the allowed charge. This was in 2014. Pulled my credit report in 2018 and saw it in collection. Now they want me to pay the charge and are ruining my credit. Be careful and follow up with your insurance company. They are NOT billing correctly and causing insured patients un necessary hardships.

        Got a wheelchair for Mom and they delivered it in pristine condition and even spent time showing us all the features. We even went back and bought a lift chair from them!

        Best Customer service in the business. I visited 3 or 4 stores before finding this place. I will never go anywhere else for my medical equipment needs.
