When I went to Mr.Jim at the clinic, I was 22 yrs old, and smoking nearly 2 pack a day. I had been trying to quit for a long time, and had tried the patch, the gum, the pill, and cold turkey - nothing worked. I had never been hypnotized before, and it was the weridest experience of my life. But I have not smoked a cigerette for over a year and a half now, and do not intend to go back EVER again.
